Selfmade SNICKERS ♥ sugar free - gluten free -vegan

You need:
- 1/2 cup oats
-1/2 cup almonds
-2 tbsp agave syrup (you can also use honey)
-1/2 cup dates
-some peanuts (as much as you want
-2 tbsp coconut oil
-3 tbsp raw cacao powder

Blend oats, almonds and agave syrup.
Form into 4 bars and place in a freezer.
Purée dates with a little bit of water (it should have the consistency of caramel).
Chop up peanuts into little pieces and mix into date sauce.
Spread date peanut mixture on top of each nougat that was in the freezer and place back infreezer.
Blend coconut oil with cacao powder and poor over nougats.
Cacao sauce should harden quickly, place in freezer to harden more if needed.
If you don't eat them soon, you can keep them in the fridge for some days.

SWEET POTATO with RED PEPPER CREAM

SWEET POTATO with red pepper cream :) 

Ingredients
▶ 1 sweet potato
▶1/2 tbsp olive oil
▶1 garlic clove
▶some salt
For the cream:
▶200g tofu
▶some oil
▶35g red pepper
▶ 1/2 garlic clove

Preheat the oven 250°c.
Clean the sweet potato wirh water. Put it on silver foil and sprinkle it oil, garlic and salt and wrap it with the foil. Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes.
Meanwhile you can prepare the dip. Mix the tofu with oil and garlic.
Mince the pepper and mix with tofu mixture.
Score into the middle of the sweet potato and fill with the pepper cream.
